This manual, "HOW TO FLY AND FIGHT IN AIR WARRIOR" v3/21/1997, was written by Brooke P. Anderson, and can be found at his web site. The Appendixes above were taken from this version and the Chapters were taken from the more updated version, v8/10/1998, which was converted into HTML by Kenneth E. Strohm and can be found at the Air Warrior Training Center.
The two versions were mixed, split into sections and converted into HTML by Afkamm.
Please be aware that the information in the Appendixes is over a year old and any prices and AW information stated in this manual were correct at this time.
